Logs and Love

I have known the scripture Matthew 7:3 for a while.. "And why worry about a speck in your friend's eye when you have a log in your own. " I read this again today and it could not fit my day better. I was filled with judgment and frustration on the way that someone is.. but ohhh lorrd.. I sure have my own problems to look at! Every day is a struggle to walk with God but this evening was rough walk... let's call tonight a stumble. I had to open my bible and just keep reading! It's so easy to slip away from what is right. Especially when so many things around you don't glorify the Lord. Just something to think about.

Anyway... :)

I had a great weekend! Noelle and I went to Naples and visited some of Maxx and I's friends. They had a BBQ (which the food was soo good!) and we just spent time together. Magdiel was certainly missed!! Sunday my Nana fried some reallly good fresh fish and made pineapple upside-down  cake. MMM!!!

Noelle started walking yesterday!! It was a beautiful thing to watch! I really wanted her to wait till daddy got home but it was meant to happen that way. As my mom put it... "Now, she'll be able to run into her daddy's arms!" That made me feel a lot better! We miss him SO much!! Noelle took those steps at Nana's while holding Uncle Chips old baseball. That was so amazing! (S/N: My uncle has passed away) But today, she is much more confident and can walk a realllly good distance!! She has been cruising around here. I got a lot of packing done today, which is good because Monday is going to come quick! The stress of this move started to set in tonight. I literally have soo much to do!! But in actuality, I love it. This is my job. And btw... it's the best job I can think of  :)Thinking of going to the beach tomorrow. I haven't taken advantage of my Florida beaches as much as I should have while I was home. So maybe I can take Ellie tomorrow and we can go shelling for this bottle I got for her. We'll have to see what else tomorrow brings. The rest of this week is going to be very fun. There's just so much LOVE I feel for so many things. Especially my little family.



Well.. I am off to get some rest! (Well... to paint my nails first.. hahah)

T-minus 11 days..

Well... only 11 days till I begin my journey to Tennessee. Its going to be a crazy few weeks. But soon enough we'll be all settled in and I'll be wondering where all the action went! Well... I'll have a one year old so I'm sure I'll be plenty busy! If all goes as planned I'm hoping to start school in the fall. Maybe just some online courses to get back in the groove. We'll see, though. I'm really going to miss all of my family here but hopefully I'll see them often. Everyone has been so supportive and helped me get through this year.

Today Noelle and I stayed busy by spending time with Nana then went shopping for a few more of her bday things. Can't wait for her "Minnie" party!

Better get to bed so another day can pass asap!

Lovely Living (Lost + Found Blog)

GOOOOOOD MORRRNIINGG!

Woke up with some good things on my mind! I am moving back to Clarksville in exactly 2 weeks and my sweet will be home verrry soon after that. Can't believe this has passed so quickly!

God has blessed my life so much! Through this time alone, I have found what I never saw coming. A new self! That's a great feeling. I am so honored to feel God's presence in my life.

Noelle is still growing like a little flower! She gives me such warmth in my soul. I never knew a love like hers would be possible. The little "Ma-ma" is beautiful words to a mommy. She is a character, that's for sure! She like to say "Ah Ah" to every dog she sees (this includes pictures) because I am always getting on Romeo for something or another and telling him "Ah Ah!" haha!! And she has added "kitty kitty" to her vocabulary. She shakes her finger and says "no, no, no" to things around the house. She still LOVES music and dances to everything! She laughs when you laugh and coughs when you cough. She can point to her eyes, nose and mouth, too! I love when she plays peek-a-boo and blows kisses. Such a precious angel (Usually!) LOL!  She'll be 11 months old next week! Woah! I've been planning her bday party for a long time now, making sure I was prepared because we are going to be traveling a lot of March so it's going to be crazy. It's going to be a Minnie Mouse party :)!! I basically hand made all the invites and goody bags, so that took forever.. which probably wasn't even neccessary (but in my mind it was.) My family has been a huge help. I came to the conclusion today joking with a cashier... that my personal motto is "be different and be difficult!" lol!! I always have to do things the hard way and boy when I get an "idea" everyone better watch out because I get really specific and detailed. It can be bad for your health. hahaha!! Today I went to the antique store for something verrry specific and FOUND it! I got a great deal for a great vintage piece for Noelle's pictures. I saw a picture online and it fumed an idea in my head and I went to town. Can't wait to get them done!!

 It's been so crazy busy that the time in FL has flown! I have really enjoyed sending Maxx packages but I will be excited when I can bake for him in person instead of saran wrapping lots of goodies. I miss having my family together!!


 So much is happening and I can't keep up!! I have so many dreams and ideas I want to seek and I don't want to leave them in the past just due to a busy present. I try to plan and execute my day to be successful. I don't want to waste time! Well.. except sleeping.. that's not a waste to me. haha! I have a ton of goals to pursue and I won't be forgetting about them, even if it takes time to finish one thing. They are going to be my reality and my truth. I have recently learned that people can talk all they want and "boast" to everyone about what they are going to do, but your calender reflects what honest things your time is really devoted to. If you aren't making time for what's important then where is your time going? I challenge anyone who reads these words to prove where your heart is. Go after what you want and seek happiness and God's will!!
