Hi there!
Friday was my 3rd week of my mini workout plan. I am actually really happy where I'm at and mainly, I'm happy about where I'm headed.
I feel much more comfortable in my own skin and that is important to me. I feel like I look better, too. I did get a nice comment from Maxx yesterday :)
I've only been tracking my weight and wait inches daily. I'll post about the total loss at the end of my workout series in a few weeks.
Also, I feel really great because I am not crazy strict on myself with my eating. I still don't cut a lot of slack but I do allow mini indulgences. It keeps me happy where I am able to keep pushing forward with my goals.
So- here's the stats
Weight: 142.0 (-3.2 lbs)
Waist Inches: 32 (-2.5")
The last time I updated was about 5 days ago. In that 5 days, I lost an extra pound and inch.
