Bendición...
Today was supposed to be me starting phase 2 of my workout (the more intense one) but after this weekends semi junk food escapades, I decided to do one more day of phase 1 so I don't hurt myself. (i.e, I'm feeling too bloated!) But remember, my agreement to myself was that I wouldn't eat foods that I wanted, it would be that I just ate less of it. And trust me when I say I definitely haven't eaten as much as I wanted. I could've eat 2lbs worth of potato salad! I can definitely tell that I need to begin phase 2 though, because my muscles aren't responding as much to the workout.
I did bit of tracking this afternoon...
Weight: 143lbs (-2.2)
Waist measurement: 33" (-1.5)
